Free Zone ends the adaptation works of 4 stores from the Las Salinas business center in the port of Santa María

The premises, which were raw, are located on the ground floor of the building and will respond to the needs of the market by adapting them to the services and uses of this type of equipment.

The works have been co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has completed the adaptation works as offices of the four premises located on the ground floor of the “Las Salinas” Business Center, located in the Las Salinas Commercial Park, in Puerto de Santa María.

These premises were raw since the construction of the building in 2005 and the works have put new facilities on the market for offices of the Business Center that were necessary due to market demand to offer the services typical of this type of equipment of the Consortium.

The main objective is, in addition to responding to the needs of businessmen, to adapt it to the characteristics and comfort of other Free Zone spaces in the same building or in others with similar characteristics such as the Heracles or the Europa, or recently created ones such as the San Agustín building in Jerez; the Arcis building, in Arcos; or the Iro Business Center, in Chiclana.

The work, which was carried out by the company Brace Up S.L. for an amount of 139,580 euros (VAT not included), have been co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 and have an execution period of one month.

The adaptation project includes the conditioning of all installations – electrical, data and air conditioning – as well as the repair of the roof skylight. The premises, two of them with an area of 111 m2, another of 96 m2 and another of 80 m2, are accessed from inside the “Las Salinas” building through a central patio.
