Business Developments of the Cádiz Free Zone (DEZF) It is the parent company of the group of companies owned by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium. With a broad corporate purpose that allows it to accommodate an extensive field of activities, leading to providing added services to companies that are installed in areas or parks with business and industrial activity in the Free Trade Zone or in its area of influence, it brings together the shares of the rest of the group's companies and maintains its own lines of activity:
Zona Franca S.L.U. Parking:
Economical parking offers in business areas.
Free Trade Zone Business Center:
Buildings with office modules, training classrooms, meeting and conference rooms fully equipped to promote the business development of entrepreneurs and SMEs and collaborate in the necessary training to facilitate access to the company.
Documentary Services of Andalucía S.L.U.:
Space solutions for custody, treatment, management, digitization and destruction of files.
At the same time, DEZF participates in other projects with external partners that allow you to manage:
- Free Deposit of Algeciras SL: Extension of the Fiscal Free Zone in the Campo de Gibraltar with logistical activities around an 8,000 m2 warehouse that has the customs consideration of Fiscal Warehouse and Free Warehouse.
- Powerastersolar 2009 SL: Participation in alternative energies through the start-up of photovoltaic solar energy plants with a current installed power of 1.7 MW.
- Marismas del Palmones SA Business and Technology Park: Development of industrial and commercial spaces in Campo de Gibraltar for implementations ranging from large commercial areas to small industrial activities.
