The purpose of this complaints and suggestions form is to obtain the opinions of users and improve the quality of the services offered by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, in the terms of Royal Decree 951/2005, of July 29. , which establishes the general framework for improving quality in the State Administration.
Complaints formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Royal Decree will not, in any case, be classified as an administrative appeal nor will their presentation interrupt the deadlines established in the current regulations that are applicable. Likewise, the presentation of a complaint or suggestion does not imply, in any way, the waiver of the exercise of other rights and actions that the person presenting it may exercise.
The presentation of complaints and suggestions can be made by completing the web form or through the General Registry of the Consortium indicating the reference “complaint or suggestion” Electronic Registry
NOTICE: These forms are not valid models for submitting queries, complaints or claims.
They are complaints, the exposure of incidents, during the provision of a service by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, which produces in the person who complains the perception of inefficiency or inadequate action and requires a response.
They are suggestions, statements or declarations from users in which an idea is transmitted with the aim of improving the services provided by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium or any of its processes or requests the inclusion of the provision of a service not anticipated or not offered.
