It should be remembered that the Consortium put out to tender the works on December 1, for which a total of 12 offers were finally submitted. That same day, the Special delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the sole administrator of Harinera, José María Solá Vall, signed the contract for the expansion of the plant in the Cadiz tax area, an operation that days before The Executive Committee of the Consortium had given the green light.
