A total of 25 businessmen and entrepreneurs from the province of Cádiz received their first export class yesterday afternoon after the opening ceremony of the Internationalization Program for Companies. This training aims to create a “personalized guide to the internationalization of products or services.”” for each of the businesses and projects that participate, highlighting its marked practical nature and its free nature.
The companies that have begun to receive this training belong to the law, consulting, tourism, livestock and agriculture, training, environment or leather goods sectors.
The inauguration of the course was carried out by the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Ángel Juan Pascual and the Free Trade Zone Delegate, Jorge Ramos Aznar. Both institutions, together with the INCYDE Foundation, collaborate in this training project whose market value is around 45,000 euros.
“The number of companies that come to the Chamber asking how to export their products has multiplied significantly in recent months,” says Ángel Juan Pascual, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz. "That is why we have believed it is essential to focus part of our efforts on helping companies find the right path to make their services visible outside of Cádiz. It is a fundamental step to grow and create jobs," Pascual emphasizes.
Likewise, Jorge Ramos Aznar, Delegate of the Free Zone of Cádiz, highlighted during his speech the clear vocation of service to the entrepreneur of his institution, underlining that "our challenge is to consolidate an economic model and provincial development that provides solutions to the problems of citizens and especially employment."
The Internationalization Program for Companies consists of 320 hours of which, about 20% are theoretical and 80% are personalized tutorials. This characteristic gives the program a marked practical nature, ensuring that each company or entrepreneur finishes its training with an exact idea of how to market its product or service abroad.
The program is carried out thanks to the agreement between the INCYDE Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz and Zona Franca and is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
