Fifty young people wanting to open a business or maintain one gathered on Monday afternoon at the Chamber of Commerce. The reason is a program, sponsored by the European Social Fund, the Chamber, the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium and the Incyde Foundation, which aims to support entrepreneurs and businessmen, through training and personalized advice, both in their business project and in the consolidation of their business activity. Over the course of two months, participants will attend in-person group classes and receive personalized tutoring given by experts from the Incyde Chambers Foundation. In total there will be 293 hours structured in generic training sessions and, more than 80%, in consultancies in all areas of business management - marketing, taxation, management - that will allow specific training tailored to each business project.
El delegado de Zona Franca, Jorge Ramos, hiló que para generar empleo hacen falta empresas y para que haya empresas hacen falta emprendedores. "En estos momentos tiene que haber un acuerdo entre todos para conseguir la confianza", defendió. Alarcón, de Incyde, por su parte, explicó que habrá consultorías individualizadas. "Hoy empezamos el proceso de selección para que de los 50 inscritos desarrollen el programa 25", aclaró.
Carlos Fenoy, presidente de la Cámara de Comercio, celebró el acuerdo suscrito con Zona Franca para desarrollar este programa. "De forma muy personalizada Félix Alarcón, de Incyde, les ayudará a arrancar con los mejores mimbres su empresa", aclaró.
