New baking and training center for Harinera Vilafranquina in the Free Trade Zone

The Vilafranquina Cádiz Free Trade Zone and Flour Mill have opened a new baking center in the Fiscal Area to promote R D i in the milling sector, with research into the behavior of new varieties of wheat in the baking phase, the formulation of flours and the experimentation of new products for the bakery, pastry and pastry sectors. The project has involved an investment of 170,000 euros, of which 70,000 correspond to the conditioning of the warehouse carried out by Zona Franca, while the remaining 100,000 have been contributed by Harinera with the machinery and human resources.
