The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has completed the occupation of its properties in the Las Salinas Commercial Park in El Puerto de Santa María after the purchase and sale agreement that was carried out today and that affects the last two premises that were available, located in one of the facilities located next to the Las Salinas Building that houses the business center and different premises and offices and which is 100% marketed.
The company Spacio365 Iberia Storage has been awarded these spaces and will carry out its activity, dedicated to logistics and storage for both companies and individuals, within a period of approximately two months, after the work to adapt the property has been carried out, which will involve a total investment of 450,000 euros.
Specifically, there are two adjacent premises located in the left side building, for which the Cádiz Free Zone will receive more than half a million euros, and which occupy a total area of 1,057.55 m2, divided into 533.88 m2 of premises 1I and 523.67 m2 of premises 2I. Both facilities are distributed on the upper floor and ground floor.
The activity carried out by this company, until now with logistics and storage spaces in the province of Seville, is a highly demanded service in the Bay of Cádiz and with its center in El Puerto de Santa María it will contribute to the revitalization of that entire area, providing service to individuals, self-employed workers and SMEs that require flexible storage spaces and thus facilitating the logistics of businesses, mainly smaller ones.
The Las Salinas Commercial Park was built in 2006 and the companies installed there, which serve an important area of the Bay, carry out their activity in various sectors, although those dedicated to liberal professions predominate, such as lawyers, economists and consulting work, especially in the central building. Additionally, the El Puerto de Santa María courts are located in the buildings parallel to the Las Salinas building.
The services that the Las Salinas Business Center offers to its clients are those common in other buildings that the Consortium has throughout the province and include receiving calls and taking messages, attention to visitors, use of the meeting room and commercial domiciliation, among others.
