The delegate of the Cádiz Consortium, Fran González, will promote in the Galician city all the potential and strengths of the Blue Economy and innovation ecosystem that is being developed in the province of Cádiz
Action Tarcker, Blue Step, The Talent Sea, Black Sand Marine and EONSEA will be present in the exhibitor area, in which companies from the Cadiz tax district such as Cayco, Elecam and Quest Global also participate.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone participates once again in the Navalia 2026 naval sector fair, which will be held in Vigo from May 19 to 21, where it will give visibility to the Blue Economy and innovation ecosystem that the Cádiz Consortium is developing in the province of Cádiz, which is already a reference as a hub for the sector. In fact, five of the startups that participate in the Blue Core-Incubazul programs will be present at the Galician fair, specifically Action Tarcker, Blue Step, The Talent Sea, Black Sand Marine and EONSEA.
The five startups will be present in the exhibitor area together with Zona Franca de Cádiz and its Blue Economy projects, Blue Core-Incubazul, which will show all the potential and strengths of the Blue Economy and innovation ecosystem that is being configured in the province of Cádiz and that is reinforced day by day with new alliances and initiatives, making it a benchmark in the sector at a national and international level.
In addition to a large representation of Cádiz firms such as Surcontrol or Frizonia, Navalia will also be present with companies installed in the Cádiz tax area, such as Cayco, Elecam Group or Quest Global, which are part of the most representative technological and innovative business fabric of the Cádiz Consortium.
Vigo becomes the epicenter of the naval industry and the Cádiz Free Trade Zone is faithful to a meeting that provides valuable contacts in a sector closely linked to the Blue Economy. Navalia faces its tenth edition with more than 600 exhibitors and consolidates itself as an international benchmark in the naval sector. In 2026, it will have 602 exhibitors, which represents an increase of close to 13%, occupying all of the exhibition space available in the four pavilions of the venue.
This growth is also reflected in the technological and commercial dimension of the event, which will go from just over 1,000 brands represented in 2024 to around 1,200 in this edition, consolidating its ability to generate business opportunities and attract innovation. Arnau has also emphasized the global nature of the fair, with a significant increase in international presence, especially from Asia, and the incorporation of new countries such as Bulgaria, Chile, Egypt, Hong Kong and Ireland.
We must also remember the close collaboration between the Cádiz Free Trade Zone and Navalia, reinforced with the celebration of the last Blue Zone Forum last September, when both entities jointly organized in Cádiz this important Blue Economy meeting that has been held since 2023 and turns the Cadiz capital into the epicenter of the sector.
