The firm, dedicated to communication, marketing and branding, has been awarded equipment of these characteristics that will reinforce its presence in the Puerto Rican industrial space.
The Cádiz Consortium is finalizing the marketing of the set of 20 warehouses built in 2006
The Babblá company has been awarded one of the warehouses that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has put out to Public Offer in Bajo de La Cabezuela, in Puerto Real, with which they will expand the firm's facilities in that industrial zone since since last year they occupied another of these spaces.
This company is in full growth and the warehouse that will expand its facilities will provide it with 339 m2 more for its activity, which it carries out both nationally and internationally in the communication sector, business branding, event organization, etc.
With this new sale, the Cádiz Free Trade Zone is finalizing the marketing of the set of 20 warehouses that it built in Bajo de La Cabezuela in 2006. These facilities, which have obtained a great response from the business community both for sale and lease, are of two types depending on their gross surface area, 339 m2 and 593.56 m2.
The Cádiz Consortium is carrying out important marketing work both in the capital, where spaces in the tax area have been optimized to offer better service to operators, and in the municipalities of the province where it has facilities.
It must be remembered that the strategy of promoting commercial actions that includes the Consortium's Viability Plan has had a lot to do with the latest audited accounts presented by Zona Franca in the first quarter, which confirm financial balance and a positive working capital of 16 million for the first time in 15 years. In this scenario, the activity of the Business Promotion and Foreign Trade Area has had great weight, which has successfully completed purchase and sale operations worth 8 million euros in 2021.
