The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz published yesterday in the Official State Gazette (BOE) the announcement by which the modification of the lease contract of the facilities adapted for a nursery school, in the Interior Campus, is submitted to public information.
The proposed modification consists of a reduction in rent and similar amounts of 25% for one year, and a subsequent reduction in rent and similar amounts of 10% until the end of the term.
On the other hand, the permitted activities are expanded, including the possibility of carrying out any complementary activities (toy library, birthday parties, extracurricular activities, dining rooms), which are not prohibited by urban planning or customs regulations.
