Both institutions reinforce their commitment to collaboration to give a boost to the San Agustín Business Center and the annex building of Las Caballerizas
The delegate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Fran González, and the mayor of Jerez, Mamen Sánchez, held a first contact this morning within the framework of the round of meetings to promote collaboration between institutions in favor of the development of the province. During the meeting, held at Jerez City Hall, the main lines of collaboration maintained by both institutions to revitalize different joint projects that are already underway, such as the San Agustín Business Center, and the Las Caballerizas annex building, were discussed.
The mayor has positively valued this first contact, highlighting "the good climate of understanding and the willingness of the new Free Trade Zone delegate to collaborate in the optimization of both commercial spaces that contribute to the revitalization of the city's business fabric; the Business Center currently has a good occupancy percentage, reaching 86% of its facilities destined for business activities, and given its architectural importance, we have also agreed to reinforce the line of dissemination of this important heritage to different audiences in the city."
In relation to the Las Caballerizas building, it is worth remembering that it is a facility of approximately 962 square meters, and has 13 offices, spread over 3 floors, and that it is currently marketed as a whole.
At the end of the meeting, the mayor and the Zona Franca delegate visited the San Agustín business center - to learn about the companies installed there, as well as the purposes and activities they carry out - and the aforementioned Las Caballerizas building, a modern building that is a space of opportunity for the business community, due to its versatility and excellent location.
