The medical center will lease a total area of 1,632 m2 distributed in premises 1 and 6 on the ground and first floors, awarded through the Public Offer OP 17/17

Victoria Rodríguez thanks the López Cano group for its commitment to Free Zone spaces to carry out such an important project for the city of Cádiz, which will generate employment and socioeconomic development

“Satisfaction and gratitude that a project of this magnitude trusts in the Free Trade Zone to get underway.” With these words, the State delegate, Victoria Rodríguez, has applauded that the “Doctor López Cano” hospital is going to be installed in the Consortium premises in the Grandstand of the Ramón de Carranza Stadium.

For the State delegate, this news is very important for the city because finally this health center has opted for Cádiz and the Free Trade Zone to invest and launch a medical specialties project that will generate employment and socioeconomic development for the area. Furthermore, it is very positive because "the fact that it is in the Tribuna premises, in the surroundings of the La Laguna neighborhood, will give a new boost to this area. From Zona Franca we will always support the promotion of socioeconomic activity."

Rodríguez believes that these types of actions confirm the importance of the Free Trade Zone for Cádiz and its province, generating productive spaces that accommodate initiatives like this one from the López Cano group, which promotes job creation and added value to the city.

It should be noted that the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium awarded a lease to Antonio López Cano, S.L. a total of 1,632 m2 distributed in premises 1 and 6 of the ground and first floors of the Grandstand.

It must be remembered that Zona Franca continues to advance through Public Offer in the marketing of the spaces it owns on the ground and first floors of the aforementioned Grandstand.

Along these lines, the delegate has expressed the commitment to continue working to attract more companies and create attractive spaces for investment and the creation of entrepreneurship centers in the city.
