Within the framework of the visits that this diplomatic group is making to the region, the Consortium exchanges information and shows its equipment in Cádiz and the Bay of Algeciras intended for internationalization and foreign trade.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium has participated in a Business Meeting with the Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of the R.P. of China in Spain, organized by the Confederation of Businessmen of Cádiz (CEC).
During the meeting, the Financial and Human Resources Director of the Consortium explained to the diplomatic representatives the offer of services, equipment and advantages of the Free Trade Zone in the province in favor of promoting economic activity. Likewise, it has delved into the important productive spaces of the Free Trade Zone such as the Cádiz tax precinct and the future “Bahía de Algeciras” tax precinct, in Los Barrios, and the range of opportunities that they open as sources of investment attraction for the internationalization of companies, foreign trade and competitiveness.
This meeting was preceded yesterday by a visit to the Campo de Gibraltar region together with the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras, where detailed information about the future site was also offered, which with a surface area of approximately 130,000 m2 It will complement and give added value to the companies that operate around the great Port of Algeciras, giving rise to a logistics area of high economic and business interest.
The group has shown great interest in delve in these business opportunities, which is why they have decided to maintain contacts to carry out a detailed visit to the Cádiz tax area and thus specify possible lines of action.
The visit of this diplomatic group to the region has, among other objectives, to present and bring closer to Cádiz companies that export or are interested in exporting to the Asian country the China International Import Expo, which will be held in Shanghai next November and is presented as a business opportunity with 150,000 participants.
