Alumnos y profesores de centros docentes gaditanos, en concreto los colegios Juan Pablo II-María Auxiliadora y Amor de Dios, han realizado visitas guiadas a la Zona Franca en el marco de las actividades organizadas con motivo de la Semana Náutica Europea 2018.
In 2013, the Free Zone Consortium already started an open-door program aimed at all types of social and cultural entities, educational centers, neighborhood associations, professional associations, etc., to open the Tax Precinct to society and in this case the proposal to include this program in the activities celebrating the European Nautical Week has been considered.
The week's visit program opened on Tuesday with the students of the Higher Education Training Cycle in Marketing and Advertising from the Juan Pablo II-María Auxiliadora School in Cádiz, followed by the group formed by 3rd and 4th ESO students from the Amor de Dios School, on Thursday, while on Friday it was the 1st and 2nd year ESO students from the Amor de Dios School.
Everyone began the visit in the Heracles business building, in whose Assembly Room a video was offered about the activity of the Free Trade Zone throughout the province and an explanatory talk, with subsequent debate, about the activity of the Cádiz Free Zone and the customs and tax advantages it offers to companies.
Subsequently, the students took a tour of the Tax Precinct and visited the Business Center of the Europa building, where they received information about the multiple advantages and services available for starting an activity and the different options offered through office rental, domiciliation, training rooms, computer room or coworking service.
The students also visited the facilities of Documentary Services of Andalusia, another of the Cádiz Consortium companies dedicated to the custody, digitization, destruction and archiving of documents.
The participating schools concluded the visit at the Consortium's Headquarters, where they visited the Plenary Hall and were received by the State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Alfonso Pozuelo.
