This important center for companies in Campo de Gibraltar hosts more than 15 companies from various sectors such as transportation and security; ship consignees; insurance; quality control and certification; advertising and marketing; maritime transport and business advice, among others
The commercialization of the Nexus building in the Free Trade Zone in Algeciras is progressing at a good pace.
This good reception from the Campo de Gibraltar business community has resulted in more than 1,100 m2 of the building being occupied, a response that confirms the suitability of the implementation of this facility, which has entailed an investment of 6.5 million euros – co-financed with funds requested within the framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
The sectors of the companies installed in the property range from transport and security, maritime transport and ship agents, to insurance, quality control and certification, advertising and marketing and business advice.
Within the range of spaces offered by the Nexus building, the Business Center offices are sold fully furnished and include cleaning, reception service, WIFI, use of a meeting room and access to a parking space.
