The meeting will be held this Friday starting at 9:30 a.m.
On November 11, 2016; At 9:30 a.m. on the first call and at 10 a.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the draft minutes of the session dated February 19, 2016 and, especially, the drafting proposal of the agreement adopted in its twelfth point.
Reading and approval, if applicable, of the draft minutes of the sessions dated May 17 and 19, 2016 and June 8, 17 and 28, 2016 and July 29, 2016.
SECOND.- Ratification of financial operations formalized with the banking entities BANKIA, Banco Santander, BANKINTER and Caja Rural del Sur.
THIRD.- Ratification of allegations to the draft IGAE report of Jerez FEDER (IRO building), to the draft IGAE Melilla FEDER report (Europe Building) and to the draft IGAE Ceuta FEDER report (Nexus Building). Final reports from the IGAE after the analysis of the allegations presented.
ROOM.- Authorization for the formalization of the Addendum to the Agreement with the Civil Guard 2016. Its effectiveness is conditional on the authorization of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations according to the procedure provided for in article 50 2 c) of Law 40/2015. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
QUINTO.- Report on the formalization of the Agreement with the Los Barrios City Council for the processing of a license in Fresno.
SIXTH.- Resolution of the Executive Committee terminating the administrative procedure for the termination of contract CO-0115-2014-00-A, dated March 27, 2015, by
non-compliance (affected by expiration) and initiation of the processing of the corresponding settlement file of the aforementioned contract, in application of article 239, in relation to articles 100 and 225 of Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of November 14, and the contractor must be given a hearing. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Approval of the Basic and Execution project of the urbanization works of the Janer Shooting Range, as well as the supervision report thereof, and delegation of powers to the Special Delegate of the State and President of the Executive Committee.
OCTAVO.- Approval of conditions for the return of deposits from clients of administrative buildings and business incubators, motivated by the making available of the properties. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
NINTH.- Approval of modification of the conditions of application of the Special Bonus for public utility associations approved for the assets of the Outer Campus. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
TENTH.- Authorization for the submission of a request for Specific Modification of the General Urban Planning Plan of Cádiz in the area of the “Tobacco Factory” area. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
