The Cádiz Free Trade Zone is advancing in the marketing of the offices and offices of the Convento San Agustín building, in Jerez, since this business facility opened its doors in September. This morning, the Consortium's Contracting Board awarded office 27 of 16.94 m2 to a real estate company, once its application has been submitted in the Public Offer for real estate leasing OP 7/16.
The agency's real estate activity joins the sectors of companies that already have an office in the property such as graphic design; legal services; audiovisual production; non-profit organization and event organization.
In parallel to the implementation of these companies, Zona Franca continues with the marketing of the property and in fact, on a daily basis, its Commercial department assists those interested in one of the available modules, with surfaces that range between 15 and 94 m.2.
