Jorge Ramos receives the mayor of Paterna de Rivera in the Free Trade Zone

The Consortium delegate and Alfonso Caravaca advance the possibility of carrying out joint actions in the municipality

Representatives of both administrations will study the development of an industrial estate in that town of La Janda

EThe State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, received this morning at the Consortium's Headquarters the mayor of Paterna de Rivera, Alfonso Caravaca, and both held a meeting, together with the commercial director of the Consortium, Javier Gutiérrez, and the member of the Executive Committee of the Free Zone, Francisco González, in which they analyzed the possibility of carrying out joint actions in that Janda town.

Jorge Ramos and Alfonso Caravaca spoke about the various options for the promotion and revitalization of the business fabric and economic activity in that area and agreed that technicians from both administrations will study the possibility of developing an industrial estate that is currently unfinished in that municipality.

The objective of this industrial enclave would be to attract new companies to the municipality, as well as accommodate those others that are already established in the center of Paterna but need an improvement or expansion of their facilities. All of this will mean an important revitalization of the industrial fabric and, consequently, the reactivation of the economy and the creation of jobs.

The Free Trade Zone has extensive experience in this type of projects in different municipalities of the province and has always been willing and favorable to collaboration between administrations.
