The balance of the commercialization of the Nexus Business Center of the Free Zone in Algeciras is very positive. This Thursday, the Consortium's Contracting Board awarded a new module on the first floor of the building through the OP Permanent Public Offer. 09/16, so the week closes with a total of five modules awarded.
In this case, the winning company is Kantama Electronics S.L., dedicated to the wholesale trade of electronic products, an activity that is added to those already hosted by the building among the more than 15 installed companies, which cover various sectors such as Maritime Transport, Ship Agent, Insurance, Quality Control and Certification, Advertising and Marketing, Transport and Security, among others, occupying different modules that adapt to their needs and ranging between 23 m2 and the 145 m2.
The interest shown in the spaces available in the Nexus by numerous companies, self-employed workers and liberal professionals that is being confirmed by the Commercial Department of the Free Trade Zone in recent months is materializing in the presentation of the corresponding public offers and subsequent awards of modules, which has already translated into the commercialization of more than 1,075 m2.
This good response from the business community reinforces the suitability of the implementation of this equipment, which has involved an investment of 6.5 million euros - co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 - and which saw light to support the business fabric of the Campo de Gibraltar region.
