On July 29, 2016; At 10:30 a.m. on the first call and at 11 a.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.– Approval of unconventional modifications del contrato correspondiente al expediente de Obras para la ejecución del “PROYECTO DE ADECUACIÓN NAVES DE SERVICIOS LOGÍSTICOS AERONÁUTICOS EN ANTIGUAS INSTALACIONES DE ALTADIS, ZONA FRANCA CÁDIZ” (Cádiz). Expediente CO-0189-2016-00-A. Delegación de facultades en el Presidente del Comité Ejecutivo y Delegado del Estado para la firma de cuantos actos y contratos, públicos y privados, sean necesarios en ejecución de lo acordado.
SECOND.- Autorización para formalización de Escritura de Obra Nueva del Edificio Horizonte, built on land subject to administrative concession in the Buenavista-1 Sector, in Vejer de la Frontera. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
THIRD.- Sale of commercial premises of the Commercial Building of the Poniente Business Park Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
ROOM.-Authorization for compensation for adaptation works with the debt for leasing warehouse 15 of the “Pérez Camacho” Brothers in the El Olivar de Barbate Industrial Estate. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
QUINTO.- Approval of rental prices for warehouses in the old facilities of Milling Establishments, on Los Barrios Street in the Exterior Enclosure. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SIXTH.-Approval of new marketing conditions for the commercial premises No. 2 of the Arcis Building, in Arcos de la Frontera. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Approval of economic conditions and direct award of the lease of premises on the 4th floor of the Glorieta Building to the Territorial Delegation of Innovation, Science and Employment of the Government of Andalusia. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
OCTAVO.- Report on signing of Collaboration Protocol between the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium and the Official College of Architects of Cádiz.
