This Cádiz firm expands its infrastructure to a 318 m warehouse2, with a strategic location to serve the entire Bay
BF Ventanas is dedicated to the assembly and retail trade of doors, windows, blinds, moldings and frames.
The advantageous contracting conditions that Zona Franca has applied for the marketing of the warehouses in the La Cabezuela industrial estate, in Puerto Real, are bearing fruit. The Cádiz company BF Ventanas S.L.U. expands its infrastructure and settles in a 318 m warehouse2, so the occupancy of the set of nest warehouses that the Consortium developed a decade ago now reaches 80% after the boost given to their commercialization with rental and financing facilities.
Yesterday, the Free Trade Zone Contracting Board awarded the offer presented by BF Ventanas S.L.U. within the framework of the Permanent Public Offer of properties of the OP 2/16 Consortium, in which only 4 warehouses remain available of the 20 that make up the group of nest warehouses promoted by the Consortium.
The company, dedicated to retail trade and the installation and assembly of doors, windows, blinds, moldings and frames, in any type of material, has valued the strategic location of the warehouse, in one of the best connected areas of the Bay, next to the La Constitución de 1812 bridge (La Pepa), in addition to the advantageous economic conditions with a 20% discount the first year as it is a long-term contract.
It is worth remembering that to revitalize the activity and occupation in the La Cabezuela warehouses, the Free Trade Zone has implemented special contracting conditions that include the possibility of rent with an option to purchase and 10-year financing in the purchase modality.
