Jorge Ramos and Carmen Romero hold a meeting at the Headquarters after the recent appointment of the General Secretary of the Confederation of Businessmen of Cádiz as head of the Foundation
During the meeting, Ramos and Romero committed to maintaining and strengthening the lines of collaboration addressed in recent years.
The Special Delegate of the State in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, received this morning the new president of the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz, Carmen Romero, after her recent appointment as head of the Foundation. The meeting was also attended by Miguel Sánchez Cossío, managing director of the CEEI.
In this first institutional visit, both parties have committed to maintaining and even strengthening and expanding the lines of collaboration that they have developed in recent years. Thus, Ramos and Romero have agreed to thank Miguel Urraca for his management of the CEEI, during which, for example, the Foundation's business incubator was inaugurated in one of the Zona Franca warehouses in the Villa de Rota industrial estate.
Ramos and Romero have agreed that the new stage that is opening is an opportunity for Zona Franca and CEEI to add projects and challenges, with the conviction that collaboration between institutions is fundamental for economic growth and job creation in the province.
In fact, both the Free Zone and the CEEI face an important expansion plan in the coming years, so the combination of synergies can be an important piece in the development of these projects.
During the meeting, Ramos praised the work carried out by the CEEI for the creation and consolidation of companies in the province, essential for strengthening the Cádiz business fabric, especially small and medium-sized businesses.
This meeting is part of the line of cooperation between institutions of the province carried out by the Free Trade Zone, with the aim of promoting economic and business activity and, therefore, job creation.
