The set of warehouses that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has in the Marismas de Palmones Business and Technology Park (Tecpal) in Los Barrios, very close to the Quirón Hospital, is already at 100% occupancy after the last available warehouse, with a surface area of 367 m2, has been occupied.
With this incorporation, the Cádiz Free Zone has ended the industrial spaces available in this area, which was made up of 31 warehouses with surfaces between 360 and 485 m2.
Zona Franca also has the Business Incubator in the Marismas de Palmones Business and Technology Park in collaboration with the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation, which is also at 100% occupancy.
The 14 warehouses that make up this business incubator will house companies belonging to various sectors, such as air conditioning, messaging, industrial laundry, distribution of electronic elements, renovations, children's entertainment or maintenance, among others.
