This Monday the delivery of the facilities to the 15 owners begins
Companies from various sectors will occupy 60% of these facilities located in the Villa de Rota Industrial Estate and which already have the opening license

The State delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, will begin this Monday the signing of the deeds of sale of 15 of the 28 warehouses of the complex built by the Free Zone in the Villa de Rota Industrial Estate, located at the entrance of the city next to the new access roundabout on Avenida de la Libertad, and which already have the opening license, so the businesses will begin to operate in the coming days. The 15 ships will be delivered to their owners throughout this month of March.
The warehouses have an average price of 355 euros/m2 and dimensions between 206 and 210 m2 and will house companies from various sectors such as goldsmithing, frozen fish distribution, fruit wholesaler, security, construction, telephony, artistic activities and solar panels, among others.
In addition, another of the warehouses in this complex, specifically warehouse 28, will house the business incubator of the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz, after the completion of the adaptation works carried out recently.
This facility, which has an area of 586 m2, will have 20 offices of between 10.49 m2 and 25.16 m2 to accommodate companies and entrepreneurs, also offering services and use of infrastructure complementary to the accommodation such as meeting rooms of 10.49 m2 and a training room of 30.09 m2.
The set of Rota nest ships, the work of which was carried out by the company Acciona, consisted of the construction of a set of nest ships made up of four modules with similar characteristics that are distributed symmetrically on the plot. Each module is made up of seven naves, one larger in the corner and six in between, all of them composed of a ground floor and a mezzanine. The warehouses, all built to the highest quality, are built on a plot of 5,350 m2 and the total constructed area is 7,407.83 m².
