The company Inmosalco S.L. In just three weeks, a concrete manufacturing plant will be put into operation on a plot of the Industrial Estate that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has in Barbate.
The works for the start-up of the factory, with an investment of 700,000 euros, are about to be completed and the start of activity there will imply the creation of between 7 and 10 new jobs.
The company, dedicated to the construction of buildings, warehouses, infrastructure and civil works in general, already occupies a warehouse in this industrial space, very close to the concrete plant, where sales of construction materials, rental and sale of machinery and construction in general are carried out.
The new concrete manufacturing plant sits on a plot of about 2,600 m2 and consists of several areas for the manufacture and distribution of concrete: control office, scale area, settling ponds, manufacturing silos and an area for storing raw materials.
Inmosalco, created in 2004, is a rapidly growing company that centralizes its activities in the town of Barbate and offers a comprehensive service, supplying and placing urban furniture, approved playgrounds, coastal dredging and selective urban waste containers, among others.
It must be remembered that the El Olivar de Barbate Industrial Estate has a total area of 261,463 m2, in which there are warehouses of different sizes that house various companies, many of them related to the fishing sector. The industrial estate arose from a collaboration agreement between the Free Trade Zone, the town council and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for job creation after the lack of a fishing agreement with Morocco.
