The purchase from the Cádiz City Council of the ground and first floor of this part of the building was made on December 30

The Public Offer will be published shortly to qualify for these facilities, which occupy a total of 6,480 m2 divisible into several spaces depending on the needs of future users.

The lease of any premises will include the use of the parking lot located in the same building and which is also property of the Free Trade Zone.

At its meeting tomorrow, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone will approve the marketing conditions for the lease of premises and offices of the Grandstand of the Carranza Stadium Building in order to launch the Public Offer of these facilities in the shortest possible time for all those companies that want to apply for a space.

The Zona Franca purchased the ground and first floor of the Carranza Stadium Grandstand from the Cádiz City Council on December 30 in accordance with the agreement signed with the City Council, an acquisition that involved an investment of more than 7 million euros, to which the corresponding VAT must be added, which has also already been paid.

The ground and first floors of the Carranza Building Grandstand occupy a total area of 6,480 m2, which will initially be marketed raw so that they are adaptable to the needs of future users, although the forecasts and market studies carried out indicate that two stores will be located on each of the floors.

It is important to note that the lease of these facilities includes the use of the Carranza Building car park, also owned by the Consortium and which provides an important service to an area with difficult parking and high traffic saturation.

The conditions to qualify for these facilities are based on the usual Free Zone criteria to access any of its premises, offices, offices, etc., and are, among others, creation of direct or indirect employment; investment volume; activities classified as preferential in the Sustainable Economy Law Project, R&D innovation; or energy savings and efficiency.
