This operation, which was authorized by the Free Zone Executive Committee last November, is carried out in compliance with the agreement signed with the Cádiz City Council.
Today, the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has acquired the ground and first floor of the Carranza Stadium Grandstand in accordance with the agreement signed with the Cádiz City Council, in an act of coherence and institutional respect by linking the decisions adopted by the Consortium, regardless of who governs the institutions.
The purchase, signed by the State delegate in the Consortium, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of the city, José María González, has involved an investment of more than seven million euros and incorporates 6,400 m2to the offer of Free Zone equipment.
With this operation, which responds to the agreement signed with the City Council and which was authorized by the Executive Committee of the Free Zone on November 10, the Cádiz Fiscal Institution complies once again with the Cádiz City Council, in the line of permanent work of loyalty and institutional collaboration that results in economic and social benefit in its area of influence.
