A total of six offers have been submitted to the Public Offer opened by Zona Franca de Cádiz at the beginning of December for the facilities of the new “Arcis” Business Center that has been carried out in Arcos de la Frontera, located in the El Peral Industrial Estate and which was inaugurated at the end of October.
The deadline for submitting offers ended on December 16 and today they were opened, so the next step will be the evaluation and the proposal for awarding them, scheduled for the next few days.
The bases of the Offer, whose information is available through the Contractor Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com, state that for the evaluation of offers and the selection of applicants, criteria such as the innovative nature of the projects and the creation of direct employment will be taken into account, in addition to the volume of investment and the start date of the activity.
The spaces that remain available after this public tender continue to be marketed through a Permanent Public Offer.
It is worth remembering that the Arcis Business Center has put 17 offices on the first floor on the market with surfaces from 14.91 m2 to 23.68 m2 that can be contracted from €112/month once additional bonuses of up to 20% have been applied depending on the characteristics and needs of the company during the first year.
Also on the first floor, there are 5 offices on offer from 36.13 m2 to 84.25 m2 that can be rented from €206/month with bonuses for the first year. This Business Center has the added value that all rates for offices and offices include the subscription use of one or two parking spaces of the 38 available, depending on the size of the leased space, in addition to complete furniture, cleaning, the IBI and the expenses of the common areas.
