The Consortium has carried out this procedure in record time in order to soon announce the competition for the drafting of the project
The Consortium is advancing in the preliminary work and has also completed the geotechnical analysis of the land and the preliminary study with a proposal for the planning of the plot.
The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has presented to the La Línea City Council the detailed study for the Business Center that it is going to carry out in the municipality, a procedure that has been carried out in record time in order to shorten deadlines and soon call for the competition to draft the project.
This is an important step, taking into account that the geotechnical study of the plot and the previous study with the planning proposal have already been carried out, which were delivered last Tuesday at the City Hall, the day on which the State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of La Línea, Juan Franco, held a meeting.
The Business Center of the Free Zone in La Línea, whose work will be underway in summer 2016, is a large administrative and commercial building of approximately 8,000 m2 on a plot of 4,297 m2, composed of 4,500 m2 of economic-financial spaces, 2,800 m2 of attached commercial premises and 2,700 m2 of parking.
