The call, which can be accessed through the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com, includes the last 4 offices that range between 28.33 and 45.43 m2 of surface and whose prices range from 160.8 and 276.8 euros per month, once the additional bonuses have been applied, since interested parties can access bonuses on rental income of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second. An 875 m2 premises is also available that will be marketed depending on the needs of space of the entrepreneurs.
The rental prices include furniture and cleaning, as well as the use of the meeting room, all in line with the services and benefits offered by the Free Trade Zone in its business centers throughout the province.
