The Public Offer, opened by the Free Trade Zone on November 23, ended on December 9 at 2:00 p.m.

The total investment in this equipment amounts to 1.4 million euros, co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
A total of 14 offers have been submitted to Public Offer OP 7/15 for the commercialization of the 10 nest ships that make up the business incubator that the Consortium has carried out in the Piel industrial estate in Ubrique, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz and the INCYDE Foundation.
The offer, which was launched on November 23, ended on December 9 at 2:00 p.m., and yesterday, Thursday the 10th, they were opened, so the next step will be the evaluation of the offers and the proposal for their award, scheduled for the next few days.
The fact that demand is greater than supply meets the marketing expectations generated around the warehouses, which will be 100% occupied.
For the evaluation of offers and the selection of applicants, criteria included in the Public Offer bases available in the Contractor's Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com, the innovative nature of the projects and the creation of direct employment will be taken into account, in addition to the volume of investment and the start date of the activity.
The nursery, located on plot IT-5B of Partial Plan 1 of Ubrique of 1,575 m2, consists of the aforementioned ten warehouses, eight of which have a surface area of 133 m2, while two have 147 m2. All of them with mezzanines and equipped with the best qualities, highlighting that all of them are sold air-conditioned.
It should be remembered that the rates to access these warehouses were approved by the Executive Committee on October 26 of this year, for which you can opt for a 133 m2 warehouse from 233 euros per month, while for the 147 m2 warehouses, interested parties can opt for a rental price from 257 euros per month.
This new equipment, with a total investment of 1.4 million euros, co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013, has been designed to meet the needs of small business owners in the area for quality facilities with advantageous conditions and a minimum economic impact for their businesses.
