The head of the Economic Office of La Moncloa, Álvaro Nadal, visited the Cádiz Free Zone this morning, where he attended a working meeting with the State delegate to the Consortium, Jorge Ramos, the subdelegate of the Government in Cádiz, Javier de Torre, management staff of the Consortium, political representatives and business entities.
Among others, the number one in Congress for the province of Cádiz for the Popular Party, Teófila Martínez, the president of the Confederation of Businessmen of Cádiz, Javier Sánchez Rojas, the president of the AJE, Jesús Belgrano, the president of the maritime businessmen, Emilio Medina, as well as other political representatives, of the Chamber of Commerce and of different business entities and companies, were present.
During the meeting, both the delegate of the Free Trade Zone and the general director of the Consortium presented the projects that the Consortium is carrying out in the province, focusing especially on the expansion and expansion project of the Cádiz Tax Precinct.
The head of the Government's Economic Office praised the project to expand and expand the Free Trade Zone to other municipalities in the province, calling it “a spectacular project” and added that in a province like Cádiz, with unbeatable logistical potential, spaces are needed to install companies, “which is what the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz is doing, which he described as a great Free Zone.
Álvaro Nadal made an assessment of the Government's economic policy, explaining with graphs the positive evolution of our country's economy and highlighted the need to continue along this line, maintaining the policy that has been carried out during these four years to meet the objective set by the Government of creating 20 million jobs.
Finally, Nadal thanked the Consortium for the invitation to visit the Free Zone, which he described as a powerful Free Zone with great work capacity.
