The guest speaker, Jorge Romero, mayor of Los Barrios, defends the potential of the Free Zone for the future of the Town
The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, participated yesterday in the series of conferences “Café con…” organized by the Confederation of Businessmen of Cádiz (CEC) and in which each speaker presents his vision on the economic future of the territory and which was held on this occasion in Los Barrios, with the mayor of the municipality, Jorge Romero, as a guest speaker. The Free Zone delegate was accompanied by the financial director of the Consortium, Camilo José Lara.
The president of the Cádiz businessmen, Javier Sánchez Rojas, who is also a member of the Plenary Session of the Free Trade Zone, pointed out that this type of meeting allows the business community to learn first-hand about the forecasts of each municipality.
Jorge Romero explained the potential of the town and defended the potential for development and job creation of the future tax precinct that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone is going to enable in El Fresno. In the presence of Jorge Ramos, the first mayor stressed the importance of the Free Zone expanding to other municipalities and in particular to Los Barrios, where the project is very advanced.
With this “Coffee with…” 27 editions have already been held, by personalities from the most varied fields: social, political, communication, scientific, university and also business.
