On October 26, 2015; At 11 a.m. on the first call and at 11:30 a.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of draft minutes of the sessions dated June 26 and 30, 2015 and July 24, 2015.
SECOND.- Approval of the modification of the composition of the Permanent Contracting Board of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium and its publication in the Official State Gazette. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
THIRD.- Decisions to be adopted by the Executive Committee as sole member acting in the General Meeting of DESARROLLOS EMPRESARIALES DE LA ZONA FRANCA DE CÁDIZ, S.A.U. (DEZF):
First.- Appointment of members representing the State and City Council in the Executive Committee as advisors of the company.
Second.- Modification of article 27 of the Bylaws to adapt it to the new Capital Companies Law.
Third.- Granting of powers for the execution of the agreements adopted and registration in the Commercial Registry.
Fourth.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the session minutes.
ROOM.- Award of Works File for the execution of the ADAPTATION PROJECT OF SHIP 28 IN BLOCK ID-3 OF ROTA AS A BUSINESS CENTER (CEEI). Contracting financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013″. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
QUINTO.- Approval of the tender file for the contracting of the cleaning service in the buildings, facilities and urbanization of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium in the Interior Precinct and North End of the Carranza Building in an environmentally respectful manner. For a period of two years starting January 1, 2016, with the possibility of two annual extensions. File CA-0259-2015-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SIXTH.- Approval of the tender file for the contracting of communications services that integrate fixed and mobile telephony, Virtual Private Network data links and corporate Internet access between the headquarters and work centers of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium and its Group of companies. For a period of four years starting on March 1, 2016. File CA-0385-2015-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Approval of the tender file for the contracting of works in facilities of the Algeciras Free Warehouse. File CO-0427-2015-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
OCTAVO.- Approval of the tender file for the contracting of rehabilitation works in the Atlas Building of the Interior Precinct of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz. File CO-0426-2015-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
NINTH.- Approval of conventional and non-conventional modifications of the works contract necessary for the execution of the "EXECUTIVE PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SILOS FOR STORAGE, MIXING AND BULK LOADING OF FLOUR. Contracting financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013". File CO-0122-2014-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
TENTH.- Approval of non-conventional modifications to the works contract necessary for the execution of the PROJECT called “ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING ON EQUIPMENT PLOT IN THE U.E.-2 DEL S.A.U.11 “BUENAVISTA I”, VEJER DE LA FRONTERA, CADIZ”, drafted by the architect Manuel Quijano Vallejo. Works financed by funds requested within the framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013. File CO-0080-2014-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
ELEVENTH.- Modification of the concession for the management of the port facilities and public domain, at the Isla Verde Dock, for activities related to the Free Warehouse.
TWELFTH.- Report on the signing of an Agreement with the Port Authority of the Bay of Cádiz for the use of a plot of 11,819.45 square meters, located in the Port of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz.
THIRTEENTH.- Authorization for the renewal of the credit account to be subscribed with BANKIA for an amount of 5,220,000 euros. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed; as well as to subscribe to successive extensions agreed with the financial institution.
FOURTEENTH.- Authorization for the formalization of loan operations with Caja Rural del Sur, for the financing of the acquisition of assets of Parques Logísticos del Sur, S.L. in Fresno Sur, (Los Barrios), with a mortgage guarantee on administrative concession and pledge of rental income. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
FIFTEENTH.- Resolution ending the liquidation by mutual agreement derived from the contracts signed with LENCO, INGENIEROS Y ECONOMISTAS, S.R.L., continuing as a unilateral liquidation. SIXTEENTH.- Approval of rates for the Outer Venue. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTEENTH.- Approval of the extension conditions of the lease contract signed with the Andalusian Public Entity for Infrastructure and Educational Services (ISE). EIGHTEENTH.- Ratification of economic-administrative claim before TEARA against Resolution of inadmissibility of the Cadastre.
