Antonio Sanz, who was accompanied by the Special Delegate of the State in the Consortium, Jorge Ramos, toured the facilities of the “Arcis” building, which responds to the demand of the business sector of the Sierra
Sanz valued the commitment of the Government of Spain and the Free Zone to the development of infrastructure and equipment that favors economic activity and job creation in the province.
Jorge Ramos highlighted that the building, which joins the largest network of business centers in Andalusia, creates a modern business space with the latest technologies for the business fabric of the area.
The “Arcis” Business Center has 17 offices and 5 offices with surfaces from 14.91 m2 a 23,86 m2, which are sold fully furnished and with the added value of the use of parking spaces
The works, with an amount of €1,996,770.54 (VAT not included), are co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
The Government delegate in Andalusia, Antonio Sanz, inaugurated this morning the “Arcis” Business Center that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has developed in Arcos de la Frontera, in the El Peral industrial estate. Sanz was accompanied by the State delegate in the Free Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, as well as by the mayor of the municipality, Isidoro Gambín and the senator, Sebastián Ruiz, among other authorities, managers and technicians of the Free Zone and the construction company, Sacyr.
The event began with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque and, after the interventions of the authorities, a tour was taken of the facilities on the ground and first floors of the building, as well as the underground parking.
The Government delegate valued that this important equipment is a reflection of the commitment of the Government of Spain and the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz to the implementation of infrastructures that boost economic activity and create the best conditions for entrepreneurs to start their activity and promote job creation.
In addition, Sanz thanked the Free Trade Zone for its work to achieve “a functional building, equipped with the latest technologies, which will respond to the business community in the area and will provide added value to their activities so that they are projected in a modern and professional work environment.”
In this sense, Sanz showed his satisfaction for a “job well done”, which settles a debt that Zona Franca had with Arcos, demonstrating that “in this legislature, equipment has been executed that in the previous stage did not materialize.”
For his part, Jorge Ramos stressed that thanks to institutional collaboration this commitment has become a reality, alluding to the ratification of the collaboration agreement signed between Zona Franca and the city council in October 2012 for the development of a Business Center.
The Free Trade Zone delegate explained that the new “Arcis” Business Center joins the largest network of Business Centers in Andalusia, with which the Cádiz Consortium makes more than 67,000 m available to entrepreneurs in the province.2 available in the 15 buildings that will be operational at the end of 2015.
It should be remembered that this action was awarded to Sacyr for an amount of €1,996,770.54 (VAT not included), in a public tender to which 27 offers were submitted. The works, which have been co-financed by funds requested in the ERDF Operational Framework for Andalusia 2007-2013, began in March of this year and have been completed within the scheduled time. The project was awarded to architect Adán Bolaños, in a competition to which 26 offers were submitted.
The “Arcis” Business Center, with a total constructed area of 3,280 m2, dispose of 1,112 m2 on the first floor distributed in 17 offices with surfaces from 14.91 m2 a 23,68 m2 which can be contracted from €112/month once additional bonuses of up to 20% have been applied depending on the characteristics and needs of the company during the first year.
Also on the first floor there are 5 offices of 36.13 m2 a 84,25 m2 which can be rented from €206/month with bonuses for the first year. This building has the added value that all rates for the offices and offices include the paid use of one of the 38 available parking spaces, in addition to complete furniture, cleaning, the IBI and the expenses of the common areas.
On the ground floor, the building has premises with a total area of 987 m2, in addition to the aforementioned 1,181 m underground parking2. The Public Offer for all these spaces is expected to open in the coming days.
