The event will be chaired by the Government delegate in Andalusia, Antonio Sanz, accompanied by the State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos.
This facility, with fully furnished offices and parking space, will cover the needs and demand of the business sector in the Sierra area.
The works are co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
The “Arcis” Business Center that the Cádiz Free Zone has developed in Arcos de la Frontera will be inaugurated this Saturday in an event that will be chaired by the Government delegate in Andalusia, Antonio Sanz, who will be accompanied by the State delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos.
This equipment, which will respond to a repeated demand from the business community in the Sierra area, began on March 24 and has been co-financed by funds requested in the ERDF Operational Framework for Andalusia 2007-2013.
It is worth remembering that the company in charge of the work, out of a total of 27 companies presented, was Sacyr, awarded for an amount of €1,996,770.54 (VAT not included).
The building is equipped with the latest technologies and designed for businessmen and entrepreneurs to develop their activity and project themselves in a modern and professional work environment, reactivating and consolidating the business fabric of the municipality and the area.
The “Arcis” Business Center has 17 offices on the first floor with surfaces from 14.91 m2 to 23.68 m2 that can be contracted from €112/month once additional bonuses of up to 20% have been applied depending on the characteristics and needs of the company during the first year.
Also on the first floor there are 5 offices from 36.13 m2 to 84.25 m2 that can be rented from €206/month with bonuses for the first year. This building has the added value that all rates for the offices and offices include the paid use of one of the 38 available parking spaces, in addition to complete furniture, cleaning, the IBI and the expenses of the common areas.
The Public Offer of the spaces, which will open in the coming days, will also offer 875m2 of premises on the ground floor.
