On October 20, 2015, at 9 a.m. on the first call and at 9:30 a.m. on the second call, the Plenary Session of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium must meet, at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and make agreements on the matters on the Agenda.
AGENDA
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of Minutes 1/15 of the session held on February 9, 2015.
SECOND.- Take a pose of Vocals.
THIRD.- Appointment of Members in the Executive Committee, representatives of the Hon. Cádiz and State City Council.
ROOM.- Appointment of Member-Secretary of the Plenary.
QUINTO.- Supervision of agreements of the Executive Committee.
SIXTH.- Approval of the Budgets of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium corresponding to the 2016 financial year.
SEVENTH.- Renewal of the credit policy signed between CAJASUR BBK BANCO and the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium for the amount of 500,000 euros. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
OCTAVO.- Report on the liquidation of the company Quality Fish, Industrias Pesqueras, S.A.
NINTH.- Ampliación del plazo del acuerdo adoptado en sesión de Pleno de 21 de julio de 2014 sobre HORMIGONES, MAR DE CHICLANA. Delegación de facultades en el Presidente del Comité Ejecutivo y Delegado del Estado para la firma de cuantos actos y contratos, públicos y privados, sean necesarios en ejecución de lo acordado.
