Since the summer, Zona Franca has been carrying out intense pre-marketing work on the 10 nest warehouses, which have sparked great interest among the municipality's business community.
The works, which have been completed in record time, have involved a total investment of 1.4 million euros, co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
The business incubator that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone develops in Ubrique, in collaboration with the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation, is now a reality.
Next Monday, October 19, the Undersecretary of Finance and Public Administrations, Pilar Platero Sanz, will preside over the inauguration ceremony of the 10 nest ships built on plot IT-5B of the municipality's Partial Plan 1 - measuring 1,575 m2– and that involve the creation of new spaces in which entrepreneurs in the area will be able to start and/or consolidate their activities with advantageous conditions.

In parallel with the work, which has been carried out in less time than the expected period, the Consortium has been making progress in the commercialization of the ships, with the approval last summer of the rates and conditions for their commercialization, as well as with the holding of a pre-marketing day last July, which was attended by a group of twenty-five interested parties. The 133 m2 warehouses can be opted for from 233 euros per month, while those of 147 m22 They will have a rental price of 257 euros per month.
In the business incubator project in Ubrique, functionality and efficiency have prevailed in the distribution of the buildings; an aesthetic and quality commitment that provides added value to both the industrial estate and the environment; and volumes and heights have been defined with the aim of optimizing energy production from renewable sources.
