The Iro Business Center that Zona Franca is completing in the Higinio commercial complex of the Polígono Urbisur in Chiclana is having great acceptance among the business community in the area and, with two days left until the end of the Public Offer, there are already 10 companies that are opting for an office of the 17 built in the building, which means that almost 60% of the space dedicated to offices is already covered.
On September 10, the Public Offer opened by the Free Trade Zone for the marketing of offices and premises ends, which can still be consulted in the Contractor's Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com
The work is nearing completion and in recent days the finishing touches have been carried out that will make it possible for the facilities to be operational throughout the month of September.
This action, whose works by Gyocivil began last May, has formed a modern facility, thought out and designed, seeking maximum versatility, which allows it to meet the needs of young businessmen and entrepreneurs in the municipality who will be able to start their activities with all the advantages, in a professional work environment and at very competitive prices, reactivating and consolidating the business fabric of the municipality and the area, in addition to also accommodating already consolidated companies that are looking for quality facilities.
The Public Offer states that the offices, which are located on the first floor and have an area of between 25 and 50 m2 , have rental prices that range between 160.8 and 276.8 euros per month, once the additional bonuses are applied, since interested parties can access discounts on rental income of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second. This price includes furniture and cleaning, as well as the use of the meeting room, all in line with the services and benefits offered by the Free Trade Zone in its business centers throughout the province.
Furthermore, the building is 875 m2 of commercial premises on the ground floor that will be marketed depending on the space needs of the entrepreneurs. Precisely, in one of the premises a hospitality business could be installed that would occupy around 200 m2.
The Iro Business Center, whose work has been co-financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the Feder Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013, has been carried out with the common objective that prevails in other municipalities in which the Zona Franca has similar actions, to enhance the business and social fabric and contribute to economic activity and job creation.
