The delegate of the Cádiz Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of La Línea, José Juan Franco, will sign on Monday the 24th, at 1:00 p.m., at the Linense City Hall a collaboration agreement by which the construction of a Business Center will be carried out in this town.
The agreement, which is part of the line of collaboration between institutions that the Free Zone follows to promote activity and the business fabric of the province, also includes the commitment of both administrations to search for suitable land in which to implement the Tax Precinct in La Línea de la Concepción, within the large expansion and expansion project that the Cádiz Consortium has underway and which has already started with land in Los Barrios, Cádiz capital and Algeciras.
Ramos and Franco will sign on Monday the launch of projects of great importance for La Línea, since the Business Center, which will be built on a property located in Plaza Europa, will strengthen the business fabric of the entire area and will be carried out with the same characteristics as those that the Zona Franca has developed with great acceptance in municipalities such as Cádiz, Jerez, Algeciras, El Puerto de Santa María, Vejer, Arcos and Chiclana.
At the same time, the implementation of the Tax Precinct will mean having in the municipality a focus of attraction for companies that will be able to enjoy the customs and tax advantages of the Free Zone.
