The Special Delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz and the mayor of Vejer, José Ortiz, visited this morning, accompanied by technicians from both institutions, the works of the Business Building that the Free Trade Zone is developing on Buenavista Avenue in the municipality.
The work is progressing at a very good pace, with the structure having already been completed, which has given way to the beginning of the masonry work, enclosures and all the installations, which will allow the works to be completed in the last quarter of this year.
During the visit, Jorge Ramos explained that "this Business Center is creating modern equipment, designed and designed to meet the needs of young businessmen and entrepreneurs in the municipality, who will be able to start their activities in a professional work environment and at very competitive prices, thus, favoring the business community, creating wealth and employment in the area."
The delegate has also announced that in the coming days this action will be complemented with construction on the same plot and on an area of 1,816 m2 of a sports complex, with two covered paddle tennis courts, a bio-healthy park and a gym, which will give added value to the entire area. The two covered paddle tennis courts will occupy an area of 704 m2 and the park with the different gym equipment will occupy more than 1,000 m2.
It should be remembered that the works, which began on December 12, are co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
Pre-marketing of the modules
