The works on the Free Zone Business Building in Arcos are progressing at a good pace

Once the structure has been completed, the masonry, enclosures and all installations have begun, which will allow the work to be completed by the end of the year.

In parallel, Zona Franca has begun the pre-marketing of the facilities, with the approval of the minimum rates and contracting conditions, as well as the bases of the Public Offer that will regulate it.

The Business Center will have 5 offices and 17 fully furnished offices with prices starting at €112/month for the first year, also including the use of a parking space.

The works on the Business Building that Zona Franca is developing on plot C-1 of the “El Peral” industrial estate in Arcos de la Frontera are progressing at a very good pace, having already completed the structure of the building, which has given way to the beginning of the masonry work, enclosures and all the installations, which will allow the works to be completed at the end of this year, thus meeting the planned execution period of 10 months.
The action, which began on March 24, is co-financed by funds requested in the ERDF Operational Framework for Andalusia 2007-2013 and contemplates the construction, in two phases, of a large and modern administrative-commercial facility, equipped with the latest technologies and designed for businessmen and entrepreneurs to develop their activity and project themselves in a modern and professional work environment, reactivating and consolidating the business fabric of the municipality and the area.
To speed up the entire process of marketing of the building and that it can begin its activity in the shortest possible time once the works are completed, Zona Franca is working in parallel on the pre-marketing of the facilities. Thus, in addition to holding an information day on the building at the end of May by the Commercial Director of the Consortium for those interested in settling in one of its modules, Zona Franca has taken another step in the procedures for the commercialization of this property with the approval by its Executive Committee on June 26 of a proposal for minimum rates and general and particular conditions for its exit, as well as the bases of the Public Offer that will regulate the commercialization of all these assets and which will be published in time. and form on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
In this context, the Business Center will have 17 offices on the first floor with surfaces from 14.91 m2 to 23.68 m2 that can be contracted from €112/month once additional bonuses of up to 20% have been applied depending on the characteristics and needs of the company during the first year.
Likewise, on the same floor, 5 offices are planned from 36.13 m2 to 84.25 m2 that can be rented from €206/month with bonuses for the first year. This building has the added value that all rates for the offices and offices include the paid use of one of the 38 available parking spaces, in addition to complete furniture, cleaning, the IBI and the expenses of the common areas.
In addition, this facility has 2 premises on the ground floor, one of 52 m2, which can be contracted from €223/month the first year; and another, large, 655 m2 that can be rented for €1,898/month with the aforementioned discounts, to which compensation may also be applied for those offers that present a qualification and adaptation project to develop Restoration services in the building and that provide added value to the property.
