Zona Franca and City Council agree to hold a day in the coming days to pre-market the business incubator developed by Zona Franca in collaboration with the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation

The Executive Committee of the Free Zone has already approved the rates and conditions for the marketing of these warehouses, which can be accessed from €233 per month
The delegate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, visited Ubrique today and held a meeting with the new mayor of the municipality, Isabel Gómez García, in which the head of the Consortium informed the first mayor of Ubrique about the business incubator project that the Free Zone is carrying out in the town in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz and the Incyde Foundation.
Subsequently, Jorge Ramos and Isabel Gómez, accompanied by technicians from the Consortium and the City Council, visited the works of the 10 warehouses and checked the progress of the work, which will be completed in October.
The delegate of Zona Franca and the mayor of the municipality agreed to hold a pre-marketing day for the facilities in the coming days, aimed mainly at entrepreneurs, an initiative that Zona Franca has already carried out successfully in other municipalities where it has projects, such as Arcos and Vejer.
Jorge Ramos showed the Free Zone's willingness to maintain collaboration between institutions, as has been the premise of the Cádiz Consortium in the different municipalities of the province in which it develops its projects, always for the benefit of economic and business revitalization and job creation.
The Executive Committee of the Free Trade Zone has already approved the rates and conditions for the marketing of the 10 industrial warehouses that make up the business incubator in Ubrique and which can be opted for from 233 euros per month for spaces of 133 m2, while the 147 m2 warehouses will have a rental price of 257 euros per month.
This project, co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013, represents a total investment of 1.4 million euros, including the acquisition of the land from the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz.
This important facility for the mountain municipality, which is built on a 1,575 m2 plot, will enable the creation of new spaces in which entrepreneurs in the area will be able to start and/or consolidate their activities with advantageous conditions and a minimum economic impact for their businesses.
