Within the official program of the Hall, the Special Delegate of the State, Jorge Ramos, will present tomorrow the book “The special regimes” at the 16th Conference on Free Zones and Deposits
The Fair has established itself as a leader in Spain and Southern Europe, being a bridge for business between Europe, Latin America and the Mediterranean through networking, contacts and knowledge.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone will be present at the 17th edition of the International Logistics and Handling Exhibition (SIL), which is being held in Barcelona from today, Tuesday until Thursday, June 11, organized by the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium and which this year is presented with the slogan “Numbers 1 in Logistics” which highlights the leadership of the Show in Spain, the Mediterranean and Southern Europe.
The Cádiz Institution participates with a stand in the Exhibitors area from which it will disseminate the project of expansion and expansion to new tax precincts in the province, an initiative through which the Zona Franca is going to quadruple its land, becoming in the next 3-5 years the I economic pole of the province and a fundamental pillar for its positioning and take-off as a logistics platform in Southern Europe, in addition to exposing the tax and customs advantages offered by the Cádiz Precinct or the extensive network of Free Zone Business Centers in the province – with 14 centers –, among others.
Likewise, within the framework of the official program of the Hall, the Special Delegate of the State, Jorge Ramos, participates tomorrow, Wednesday, in the 16th Zones and Deposits Conference, specifically in the presentation of the book Special Regimes. Treatment in the customs code of the Union and its development provisions in which Ramos will intervene together with the delegate of the Vigo Free Zone, Teresa Pedrosa, and the director of the Department of Customs and Special Taxes, María Pilar Jurado Borrego.
The Barcelona International Logistics Exhibition is an important meeting point and reference for the sector, since more than 500 companies participate in it - last year the SIL had the participation of 45% of international companies - and it welcomes thousands of visitors who for three days hold conferences, round tables, networking, and colloquiums that have made it an essential event for the sector. Year after year it brings a large volume of business to the participating companies and works with the aim of ensuring that all the companies that are present obtain the maximum possible profitability.
