The Consortium has established the procedure with all the safeguards provided for in Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).
The Free Zone of Cádiz already has the online employment channel operational for the reception of job resumes announced last week, so that those job seekers interested in depositing their resume in one of the companies installed in the Free Zone can do so in a fluid and agile manner.
In this way, Zona Franca will act as a channeling vehicle between companies and job seekers, since the Consortium will receive the data and professional profile of people seeking employment to make them available to companies that request certain workers for their facilities, all with all the safeguards established by current regulations on data protection.
To access this “job pool” and submit the resume, interested parties must access canalempleo.zonafrancacadiz.com and fill out the form with the data and professional profile. The Free Zone will not accept any curriculum by any other means, not even in the Consortium's offices.
These resumes will be transferred to a Free Zone file that will remain valid for twelve months and will serve so that those companies that have shown their agreement to participate in this initiative can go to the Consortium to carry out a faster and more effective search in their personnel selection processes, even more so taking into account that the channel will carry out a segmented search and by requested professional profile.
This entire procedure will be carried out after acceptance by both companies and job seekers, with all the safeguards provided for by Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).
With this initiative, Zona Franca aims once again to contribute to the promotion of economic activity in its area of influence, creating a useful tool that facilitates access to the labor market and collaboration between companies and institutions.
The expansion of the Free Trade Zone to the province will contribute significantly to the growth of the supply of available companies, since the implementation of these tax centers will attract investments and, therefore, companies that will mostly require labor to develop their new initiatives. Therefore, a scenario of job creation opens up in different sectors that the Free Trade Zone aims to channel in order to speed up the deadlines in the selection processes and cover the largest possible number of job seekers.
