This edition, which will be held on July 2, coincides with the 18th anniversary of the Association of Businesswomen and Professionals of Cádiz
The Special Delegate of the State in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos Aznar, and the president of the Association of Businesswomen and Professionals of the Province of Cádiz (AMEP), Nuria Sánchez Perdigones, signed yesterday Thursday at the headquarters of the Consortium an agreement for the development of joint actions aimed at the organization of the "IX AMEP Award for the Business Career of Women in the Province of Cádiz."
This award, which will be presented on July 2 and which this year coincides with the 18th anniversary of the association, has as its main objectives to highlight the effort and work of the businesswomen of the province; visualize their role as agents in economic growth; and highlight their actions in favor of the modernization of the productive fabric of Cádiz.
The requirements to qualify for the award are: Any businesswoman who runs a company in the province; have Spanish nationality or be a citizen of an EU member country; that the company is located in the province and that it has been operating for at least 5 years.
With this agreement, Zona Franca, in addition to once again ratifying its founding objective which is none other than economic development and employment promotion, as well as support for business projects to boost the socio-economic fabric in the area, encourages the excellence of Cádiz businesswomen, promoting with the event the promotion of their advantages and possibilities.
It is worth remembering that the AMEP is a non-profit provincial entity, which was founded in 1997 to contribute to economic development and form an integral part of the business and economic fabric of the province of Cádiz, with the main purpose of enabling businesswomen to compete, innovate and develop their companies and businesses on equal terms.
