The works will include the installation of ramps on the access stairs to the plaza and the renovation of the existing benches.
The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, accompanied by technicians from the Consortium and the winning company, supervised the cleanup and conservation work of the plaza located above the Loreto underground parking lot.
These works, carried out at the request of the Cádiz City Council, were awarded to the company Servicios y Obras del Sur MMMVII SL and the award amount is 37,460 (VAT not included).
The works are resolving various deficiencies that the plaza had above the underground caused by water leaks in the parking lot and that have been getting worse over the years and inclement weather. The works will include the installation of access ramps to the square and the renovation of the existing benches there.
The defects that are being corrected were mainly located in the flower beds and windowsills of the square, as well as in the vertical walls of the access towers to the parking lot. In addition, cleaning tasks will be carried out on accesses, flower beds and windowsills, among others.
