The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has organized next week a pre-marketing information day for the new building it is developing in the El Peral Industrial Estate in the mountain municipality. The objective of this innovative initiative is to have direct contact with the business community of Arcos, as well as with any interested party who wants to make their project a reality with a detailed exhibition of the commercial offer of the property, meeting their demands in a personalized way, offering new spaces with services that will increase the competitiveness of their businesses.
Thus, the Commercial Director of Zona Franca, Javier Gutiérrez, accompanied by Inmaculada Alba, technician from the Municipal Delegation of Economic Promotion and Local Development of the City Council, will offer a talk next Wednesday, May 20 at 1:30 p.m. in the Emprendedores Building of the aforementioned Delegation (Avda. During this month the structure will begin to be raised and will be completed in a period of no more than 2 months, so in the middle of summer the masonry work and all the installations will begin. This will allow the works to be completed at the end of this year, thus meeting the planned execution period of 10 months.
This new business building thus adds to the largest offer of business centers in the province of (7 in Cádiz; 1 in El Puerto de Santa María; 2 in Algeciras, 1 in Jerez, 1 in Vejer and 1 in Chiclana) and highlights the work of Zona Franca for the growth and strengthening of the business fabric in its surroundings, which consequently brings wealth and employment for the different municipalities of Cadiz.
