The works, considered emergency by the Consortium, will consist of the tidying up and conservation of the square above the parking lot.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has today awarded the company Servicios y Obras del Sur MMMVII SL the works to clean up and preserve the plaza located above the Loreto underground parking lot for an amount of 37,460 euros (VAT not included).
The work, considered emergency by the Consortium, will begin in the coming days and will correct various deficiencies in the surface above the underground parking, which have been caused by water leaks and which have worsened over the years and inclement weather.
The works will consist of cutting the vertical walls of the parking access towers, the enclosing walls of the entrances and the flower beds. Action will also be taken to clean the plaza's windowsills, which will be dismantled, cleaned and relocated.
In addition, the works will replace areas of asphalt that are in poor condition and will be reconstructed by placing scratches on which it will be plastered, thus avoiding pathologies in the future, to finish with the painting and placement of finishes.
